Meet Our Team

Delores Weaver – President/CEO – Delores brings a comprehensive background that identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance current systems, including developing and delivering solutions.  Her professional career has been extensive and includes areas of expertise in government contracting, solar operations, procurement, lending, real estate, and training. Ms. Weaver’s extensive background in procurement and subcontracts administration while working at Lockheed, Northrop, Hughes Aircraft, and Rockwell are a few of her previous employers where she purchased and negotiated various products from office supplies to airframe structural components.  She has a thorough knowledge of solicitations, military specifications, RFQs, RFPs, and the entire framework of DLA’s objectives.  Developing relationships with OEM’s/vendors, retaining customers, and resolving problems that conclude with approvable results is what distinguishes her from other competitors.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Art in Management from the University of Redlands. 

Sonya Golden – CFO – Ms. Golden was named CFO in 2022. Ms. Golden is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) who has extensive experience leading corporate finance and accounting, financial reporting, risk management efforts. Ms. Golden is responsible for the Company’s business line finance group, accounting and financial reporting, corporate development, budget, financial planning and analysis, tax, compliance, information technology, audit, and risk management functions.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Golden served as Senior Manager at one of the top 10 accounting firms.  With more than 25 years of experience working with professional services, financial services, governmental, and manufacturing clients. Sonya holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Business Administration Accountancy degree from University of Michigan.

Walter McGruder – Electrical Engineer – and serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for Axcell and has had an extensive background in working with the Dept. of Defense(DOD)/Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and its many global supplier commands.  He previously served as President of Accutronic Products, Inc. (API ), a small minority-owned disadvantaged business serving the federal government’s military agencies with electrical and electronic component parts.  As President, Mr. McGruder was primarily responsible for negotiating with major large manufacturers such as Deutsch connectors, Sunbank Electronics, Airborne, ITT Cannon, Pyle National Winchester, Amphenol, Burndy, Amp, and Tristar Electronics to name a few.   In addition, he understands the importance of quality control and assurance.  He served as a Quality Control Manager at Avnet responsible for assembling connector lines and inventory control.  He managed the review of hundreds of products on a daily basis.  His objective was to identify defective units, determine the cause of those defects and resolve the underlying issues quickly.  His attention to detail proved to reduce defective items to less than 2% which allowed the Company to decrease the cost of returns by an annual average of 20%.

Ralph Metters – Business Consultant – A results-producing disciplined Business Consultant spanning more than 30 years of experience showcasing year-over-year improvements in the fields of supermarket chains, technology, real estate financing, logistics, transportation, finance, and government contracting. In many of his endeavors, he has demonstrated the ability to improve office productivity, operational efficiency, customer service ratings, and team collaboration/retention.  Excels at turning under-producing companies into teams that work efficiently and exceed all expectations.  He has coached and assisted companies in developing their goals and objectives.  Developed brand and cost optimization in food industries to achieve up to 61% cost reduction.
